Who we are

Beautyqueen is a women-only home beauty service in north-east Kolkata, reachable on WhatsApp and by phone at 82740 50963.

What we collect, and why

This website has no forms and does not ask you for any personal details.

When you book on WhatsApp or by phone, we keep only what we need to give you the service: your name, your phone number, your address for the visit, the service you want and the date. We use these details only to plan and confirm your visit and to contact you about it.

Photos

We take a photo of a client only with her permission, and we never show a client’s face without it.

Sharing

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep your details

We keep your details only as long as we need them for your bookings. You can ask us at any time to delete them.

Visitor counts on this website

To see how many people visit this website, we may use a cookie-free counter which does not identify you.

The AI helper

If you type a question into the AI helper on this website, your messages are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to write a reply. We do not save the chat, and the helper does not ask for your phone number or address. Please do not share personal or health details in it. If you ask it to help you book, it prepares a WhatsApp message with the service, date and area, which you send yourself. Bookings are made only on WhatsApp or by phone.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, and you can raise a complaint with us. Send us a WhatsApp message or call 82740 50963.
